Standardized with a few detail oriented questions. English test for level B2 or B1.
Salaries are not competitive, work from 6PM to 3AM.
Processes are not well established.
Promotion options are reduced and not based on performance.

Find the differenced between the 2 pictures, type of test.
Pretty easy English and Logical Test
HR Interview was also easy but it raised some red flags when they asked for my ID before accepting the offer (which was only communicated via phone call, not a written document). When I asked for clarification, they said it was company policy.

Entretien
I wst the online test that I dind't really like.
The test is given before the interview.
It had an english test part, which was fine, and a "logic" test which had nothing logical aboit it.
Just a bunch of shapes you had to somehow link together.
Keep in mind, if you are a creative person, there are more ways you can find connections between the shapes, but only their way is correct.
