Quantam’s recruitment process was appalling from a recruitment company- sloppy, disrespectful, and a total waste of time. For a company that claims to be in the business of recruiting, they couldn’t have showcased less professionalism or basic respect for candidates.
I was yanked around with last-minute cancellations (one with 10 minutes’ notice), rescheduled interviews, and promises of clarity that never came. After being told I was “overqualified” for the role I actually applied for, they tried to sell me on some mystery position that didn’t even have a job description. I spent over an hour in what turned out to be nothing but a bait-and-switch pitch. When I followed up, I got a dismissive copy-paste rejection and radio silence on direct questions.
This company wastes people’s time, hides behind canned LinkedIn rejection messages, and then tries to spin themselves as caring about people. Don’t buy it. The experience made it crystal clear: they don’t respect candidates, they don’t respect time, and they don’t practice what they preach.
Overall, they don't seem to know what they want, and don't seem to care about the people who they are interviewing. If you are looking for a company that does what they say they are going to and that are going to treat you with respect, stay away.
