HR was incompetent. The interview was not professional. I am not sure if the HR really asked all the details they need to know. Feedback was given only after I requested. The HR could not follow whatever I was telling and I had to repeat a few times.

I applied as laravel backend developer. First i got hr call with the hr. And then i got invitation to do the take home test. Unfortunately, i failed this one even though I feel so confidence that I would pass this step because I complete all the tasks they asked. They didnt even give me the feedback about my task.

Entretien
First I had HR interview for 30 mins. Mostly going through my resume and 5 technical questions at the end. After receiving positive feedback and I need to do an assignment making an app for one week.
Two days after submitting the assignment, I got a rejection mail.
It wasn’t bad experience but wasted some time to do.
