Have a 3 stage interview process. First day there was a meeting with CEO and another senior developer where a presentation about ones qualifications must be presented. There was a planned second interview if you were invited back. A third part, possibly integrated with this 2nd day, was planned to be a hands on day where you were assigned a task with spectroscopic data analysis.
