J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Chicago, IL) en mars 2022
Entretien
I had 6 conversations/interviews with their team. Sat in the 7th and final zoom call and no one showed up. Talked to the recruiter same day and they were confused. Next day they told me they cancelled it to not waste time as they hired the position. That’s understandable if they would have told me the position was filled as I took off work and sat in the last zoom for 30 min to get no showed. I’d be cautious throughout their interview process because it seems promising when you talk to people of high position but this company casts a wide net when recruiting.

The second interview was with one senior team member, it was a behavioral interview to understand the way I work and how I handle multiple projecs and also previous experiences.
The third one was a technical interview where I had to write a simple code in any coding language.
The last one was with the recruiting manager, it was another behavioral interview, the questions were related with my previous experiences.

Question 1
How do you prioritize tasks when working on multiple projects or when a priority changes for one of them.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Salt Lake City, UT) en mai 2022
Entretien
Entire process took about 4-5 weeks, which they told me up front. We're up front about salary expectations and interview processes.
Here's an outline:
Week 1:
Recruiter call (30 mins)
Week 2:
Hiring Manger interview (30 minutes)
Technical Interview (30 minutes)
Week 3-4:
Interview with adjacent teams (x2)
-They asked things like "Give me an example of a time when you...." or "How do you handle dissatisfied clients," etc.
TACOS Interview: Met with another Technology Consultant about culture and fit
Week 5:
Email saying they chose another candidate. It was a personal email to me from the recruiter. He said he wanted to stay in touch for when they do more hiring for the role. I asked for feedback and he gave me great and specific feedback over why the other candidate was chosen (they had experience with a very specific software they work with).
Another position that was a good fit for me came up , and the recruiter from this role (TC) emailed the recruiter for that one saying I was a top candidate.
Overall, pretty good experience. Communication could be a little better, there was a bit of lag time between interviews. Overall, I'm pleased with the experience.
