There were 4 rounds of interviews... - First Interview: 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter - Second Interview: 30 minute technical zoom interview - Third/Fourth Interviews: Two 30 minute zoom interviews to discuss TACOS and other behavioral questions

- First Interview: tell me about yourself, tell me about your leadership experiences/your leadership style, tell me about some of your teaching experiences - Second Interview: How many boxes of cereal are sold in your hometown every week, what do you know about Qualtrics, explain to me a complex topic of your choice, explain a high stress situation to me and how you applied what you learned to other situations - Third/Fourth interview: tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about why you chose to do the internships/leadership roles on your resume, what is over exaggerated and under-exaggerated on your resume, tell me about a time where an old process wasn’t working and how you created a new process, tell me about a time where you received critical feedback and how you implemented it, tell me about a time when you made a mistake and what you learned from it, tell me about a time where you wanted to quit, but didn’t.

First, a screening call with an opportunity to ask questions and verify that you understand the job requirements loosely. Then, A series of Zoom Interviews with various members from different teams.

Very straightforward typical straight forward behavioral questions “tell me a time you solved a difficult problem” etc. She asked a lot of follow up questions to stories so make sure you go detailed. Didn’t have a ton of questions prepped so again, it’s beneficial go in detail.

Entretien
There are three interviews in total. All the interviewers were friendly, open minded and easy to talk with. They asked about the difficult thing I needed to deal with and how I overcame it, how I handled the situation when I couldn't handle it the way I usually do, and what was the difficult experience in my past customer experience and how I successfully handled it.
