Bad coordination between interviewers and the recruiting team. Interviewing format required scheduling multiple weeks of interviews across 6+ people. Hiring manager didn't have a structured vision for the position. Poor experience overall

Tons of mini rounds over weeks that got rescheduled sometimes dragging things out. Ultimately I made it to interviews with the SVP that felt like a check box, expect an offer asap - but then my recruiter ghosted me. I followed up- got promised an update by Friday (no update) twice then I gave up on following up. If she can't send a "sorry things are influx email" she's not a good recruiter and they are likely a not great company to work for.
