J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Dallas, TX) en oct. 2021
Entretien
A call with a recruiter. 2- 45 minute Zoom Interviews and then was advanced to the HireVu Video portion. There was little to no time to ask any questions of my own which generally happens when you have a normal conversational interview rather than a rubric-based interview with questions. I made it all the way to the end of the process and then was sent a generic email thanking me for my time but they would not be making an offer. Most people in a sales role want feedback and none was given. The process was long and hard and tedious to do while also maintaining my current job responsibilities so I felt this was in bad taste. I did reach out to the recruiter asking for feedback and they were not at liberty to give any but suggested I reach out to the committee. I did this but was not given any response back in return. All in all, I felt this was very unprofessional considering the process is so different than how most other companies handle the interview process. It would be impossible for a candidate to know where things went wrong without having that feedback in return when asked for it kindly.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions were not based on current experience and how I would fit in the position being hired for, but more generic based interview questions that I had never been asked in any interview in the last 20 years.
