Got the email for online technical interview. Interview was scheduled 2 weeks out. Met with two interviewers and wrote my code in HackerRank interface. Code was not tested. Apparently there was some equation for number of friend requests, I don't know how they came up with this number and it was not obvious from the question (ended up being ceiling function (n-1)/2 or something like that). I felt like my code was decent, even though I had to ask about friend distribution. Was a bit surprised to get rejection email, I did notice they looked at my linkedin profile right before sending rejection email. Perhaps there were errors with my code that I did not notice.

Provide an algorithm that provides friend suggestions to a list of friends in a social network. The friend suggestions should be "fair" i.e. evenly distributed.
1st stage technical online assessment, 3 problems to solve of different difficulty, 2 easy and one more advanced. 2nd stage 2 problems to solve during live coding session, not so difficult but you have to do it in most optimal way

The whole process was remote. I was referred by a friend who works here.

4. System Design question - interviewer didn't turn on camera, said very little throughout the process
The recruiter told me that they had been slow in making a decision, that they will get back to me. They never got back to me.
