The worst interview process in any company ever!! Months long with the worst HR comms. They think you are always available for sessions late nights. No updates or feedback loop. Senior leadership has no authority to take decisions as too many rounds. Rounds with leaders just for the sake of it, with no actual interview format. Just winging it and wasting candidate time is what they are famous for.
The initial process was fast and communication was clear. The interview went smoothly, and they mentioned a potential next round. After a few weeks without follow-up, I reached out and was rejected.
