J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qualtrics (Seattle, WA)
Entretien
Got referred by a previous intern and had a behavioral call scheduled with a recruiter. The recruiter missed our original time because of a meeting, which I thought was a little unprofessional. When we rescheduled she was very nice over the phone and it was definitely the smoothest and quickest behavioral I've had. Then I got scheduled for a technical through a codepad or something like that and didn't pass. The engineer was also kind and reassuring when I asked questions, but I also thought that he talked too much at times and made it hard to think. I got asked some sort of basic string question mildly related to the work that he actually did (analyzing text data), so that was pretty cool. I didn't pass as expected (I was pretty flustered but I do not think the question was too bad) and got an automated email at the end of the process which was pretty cold. I usually have the recruiter reach out after interviews whether or not it's good or bad news. I'm not sure if I would interview with them in the future.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Return all the contiguous nouns in the given text. I.e. "The barber went to the grocery store" --> "barber, grocery store"
Normal interview, initial screen and then 3 final round interviews. Behavioral plus technical in all. Wasn’t expecting a graph related question so struggled there a bit. Overall decent and standard interview

Question 1
Talk about a conflict you faced with a stakeholder or team member
Applied online, heard back a few weeks later to schedule a 45 min phone interview (they said 3-4 interviews with possible onsite visit), didn’t make it past the first round
