First a recruiter calls you to go over your resume and qualifications. If you pass that you move on to doing a computer module that you need to pass with a certain score to move on (I have no computer experience and it wasnt bad). You then have a video interview. After that if they like you they will have you either go to their office or do more video interviews with two more people, one of which will be your manager. If they still like you they will have you do one more video interview with another one of your managers. Overall very dragged out and seemed unnecessarily long
