Long process of up to 12 interviews. Fairly straight forward. High emphasis on intelligence and mental awareness. Video interview with very empathetic people who were extremely nice. The interviews were trying to see if there were a fit between me as and individual and the companies culture.

About 5 "Skype" interviews, all with the Team Leads in the Panels Division. 1-2 people interviewing in each interview. Phone interview at the end with the Head of Panels. I was designated a recruiter that scheduled and initiated all the calls, and then passed along to the actual interviewers.
