After sending in my resume from being contacted on Piazza to apply, I was asked to schedule an phone interview the next day. The phone interview was about 20-30 mins long and mostly discussed going over my interview and about my willingness to move to Utah.
After the phone interview, the next step was to complete a short online course of learning HTML in order to gauge how quickly you can pick up new skills. The course was fun and easy and the short quiz you were asked to take a week or two after the phone interview was pretty straightforward and easily learned through the course.
After a successful pass of the HTML quiz, I was schedule to have a Skype interview a few days after taking the quiz. The Skype interview was 2 hours long with four 30-min interviews, 3 with project managers who would be your PM if offered a position and 1 was with someone who wasn't part of the product specialist division who mostly asked you questions to gauge your personality and friendliness and allowed you to ask them questions in order to gauge what company life would be like.
First person focused on your ability to teach. Asked you about your thought process, your teaching skills. Then asked you to teach him something you felt comfortable with that he could then go home and teach to his wife. Also, he asked a brain teaser question to get an idea of how you analyzed problems.
Second person was a guy from Finance who you just talked about your hobbies and just fun things to see if you're an interesting person
Third person was a female PM. She's the only high ranking female I saw at the company (this company is mostly white males...something to think about, which was a big deal for me as someone who is a person of color coming from an ethnically diverse school and state) She had the most basic questions about your skills and your ability to think critically, work on a team...
Fourth person focused on your "scrappiness". Qualtrics wants people who are willing to work hard to improve themselves and the company. So the most memorable question to me was "how competitive are you?"
And he wanted to know a lot more about "why tech" since this role was targeted towards people that don't come from a tech background but wanted to start in a tech company.

Very straightforward typical straight forward behavioral questions “tell me a time you solved a difficult problem” etc. She asked a lot of follow up questions to stories so make sure you go detailed. Didn’t have a ton of questions prepped so again, it’s beneficial go in detail.

There are three interviews in total. All the interviewers were friendly, open minded and easy to talk with. They asked about the difficult thing I needed to deal with and how I overcame it, how I handled the situation when I couldn't handle it the way I usually do, and what was the difficult experience in my past customer experience and how I successfully handled it.
