I initially had a discussion with Executive HR, who screened my profile and then I was interviewed by Manager HR (Recruitment) further interviewed by VP HR and then CHRO, finally I was given an assignment by CHRO and I submitted it on timely basis. Thereafter the lock down was called. I tried calling HR but no one informed me about the further process. I waited for about 8 months no message , no calls. On a professional ground they should atleast inform the candidature status. since I am very confident on my skills hence I would recommend candidates who wants to apply in HR team should apply in this company when you do not have any option other than getting interviewed in other company, I missed one of the good opportunity by getting interviewed at different location.
