One of the recruiters had reached out by email initially to schedule an interview call with one of the members from the hiring team. Before I could respond to it, he immediately cancelled the interview invite. Another recruiter then reached out after a week to schedule 2 separate interviews with 2 members of the hiring team. Both were scheduled to take place on the same day, one after the other. The first interview went well, had a good conversation about the role and discussed my experience and fit for the role. For the second interview, I was waiting on the teams call for almost half an hour but no one showed up. I emailed the recruiter and asked him if it was cancelled. Apparently, the interviewer was on leave but the recruiter did not bother notifying me about it. They said, they will check with the team and reschedule it. After several follow ups and emails, they ghosted me and did not bother rescheduling the interview.
