The hiring process includes three interviews and one technical examination; the final interview is with department managers, and the exam covers MSTE and PSAD problem-solving topics for qualified applicants only.

The interview process consist of a series of interview and a 3 hour examination. Before starting the interview, you need to fil up the information sheet provided by the HR specialist. First interview will be given by the HR specialist, the question was all about your skills and experience. The second interview will be given by the president/vice president, this was more technical than the first and all about the specification of the job you are applying for. And for the 3 hour exam, it contains mathematics and structural engineering questions.
