Pretty straightforward interview, as you would expect for a long lived company in this competitive industry. I met with a few technical contributors and thought everyone was professional and knowledgeable. I had a v pleasant experience.

Straightforward: take-home Python challenge, that everyone has to go through, 1-1 interviews, meeting nice people asking pretty fundamental problems. The company has been growing quite dramatically. They are very accommodating.

Entretien
Two phases of interviews; initial was a series of technical interviews focused around finance, statistics and programming.
Second series of interviews was about meeting the directors and focused around motivations and my understanding of algorithmic trading.
