Phone screen with the recruiter was nice. They reached out about a week after I applied. She was kind and transparent. Although I didn’t get the position, she said she’d keep me in mind for future opportunities.

Entretien
Had an interview with my Department Head held over TP. Then with Plant Director, which was in person with a tour of the Plant . The interview process was quick and easy. The interviewers were quick to respond and I was supported through the entire process.
