Started with a phone interview with HR. In person interview was with the Department Manager. I was never told that I would be reporting into someone under the Dept Manager. did not have a second interview. I received a random call from headquarters in WI with a job offer. That person never properly introduced herself. I thought she was with HR. Turns out she was the Supervisor of the person I interviewed with.
