Introductory interview that was "informal" Then there was a 15 minute call with one of the associate directors that was very quick and not very conversational. Then they had me go in office to have 2 interviews and one that was a "non interview" but instead it was awkward. I had to sit in a room with 3 men and try to talk to them all at once "casually." Then had the 2 following interviews and they had the tougher questions.
