I took the interview and then ten minutes of demo lesson, waited for the answer
Then trial lesson with a real student.
The whole process took forever. The recruiter was ignoring my questions all the time.

After you send your application form they call you for interview. Demo and interview are done at the same time. Stuff pretends to be a 5 years old student.
