J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Qredo en avr. 2023
Entretien
The worst interview process I've been at so far. First, I was contacted in May 2023, but it turns out my application was from October 2022. The way I understood that was that I got an invitation for an interview, but I didn't remember applying. Then, I saw in my mail that I had applied around 6 months ago. So, the CV they had of me was 6 months old - weird!
First, a screening call where they were late with more than 10 minutes. Then they left right on the dot even though I was in the middle of asking a question. They didn't at all wait for 10 more minutes to take into account that they were late. This was rude.
I was invited to a next stage. This had standard questions around QA and automation. Very detailed questions about frameworks and how I would approach certain problems. I thought it was a good interview even though I think some of the questions were just nit picking.
I was invited to a next stage - home task. I completed it in 3 days and I sent an email about it. I didn't have a response for 2 weeks! Then, a very weird email comes from them (after 2 weeks!) asking if there's anything they can help with and they are interested to get me know more. I answered that I didn't really understand the idea of that email. Then, on the next day, they responded with asking how the home task is going. I was laughing at this point, because I had finished the task more than 2 weeks ago and had even sent them a message about it. I then responded that I no longer have interest in the position and that they need to work on their email notifications.
Honestly, the worst interview process I had experienced.

Question 1
Standard QA questions. The more specific ones were: difference between process and thread (this was also asked by the recruiter in the screening call, which surprised me kind of), how would I design an automation framework, what tools would I use, question about flakiness in tests, etc.

Entretien
The interview process consisted of several online meetings, first with the recruiter, then someone from the QA team for a technical discussion based on my previous work experience, followed by a take-home assignment, then another technical discussion around the assignment and general fit with the role, team and company. I really enjoyed the take home assignment. It was relevant but also fun to do. I also appreciated the fact that the interviewers really took the time to get to know me and answer my questions (most of the calls went beyond the scheduled time).

There were several questions, around test plans, test methods, bug reporting (what information I would provide when reporting a bug)
