Got contacted about 3 weeks after sending in my Cv. Got an email with an appointment with their recruiter without having been called etc. Met the recruiter for about 15min. Met the hiring manager three days later. Overall, everyone was kind but I think the job description was a bit blurry and could have highlighted more what actually was expected of the ideal candidate. I didn't feel qualified at all when talking to the hiring manager. The hiring manager only asked to walk her through my CV and then the rest of the conversation was mainly about the role, expectations etc. Didn't feel like an interrogation which was nice, but yeah. I wasn't a good match and they weren't open to someone to learn.
