Approached by a Headhunter. 2 Interviews with the Hiring Manager, 1 with UK Sales Manager. 2 Conference Calls with supporting functions that I'd be working with in my new role to ensure we'd be a good fit for one another, and they would believe in my ability to successfully execute my role.

After initial discussion w/ the hiring Manager I was supposed to speak to a peer, who is in the company for a long time. Unfortunately the call took place on quarter's end, where no one literally got time for such a meeting. Therefore the atmosphere as such was loaded w/ tension resulting in receiving a refusal. Very sad, as I would be a great fit, but they will never know.
Good enough I've just received an invitation for a call with their best competitor ;-)

Very basic questions and the manager talked a ton about himself. Manager stated he was looking for someone that he didn't have to spend a lot of time with since he lived in Southern California.

Very unprofessional. No follow-up nor feedback at all. After the first interviews and asking me to complete couple of quizez, they didn't even bother to get back to me!
