5 touch process means that five people needs to see you or your cv. First the recruiter calls you, then you are invited for a 1:1 meeting with hiring manager. Then they ask you to prepare a presentation on their software.

Very thorough interview process that included virtual interviews with 5 individuals. Then they flew me on-site to complete a final in person interview with my direct manager as well as present an application I created to 6 individuals.

1st Meeting - Hiring Manager. Meet and he's happy with what he sees and happy to proceed to round 2, which is to meet VP of Presales with a set of demo that they asked you to do.
2nd Meeting - Presented to the team. Hiring Manager and the VP I was told attending. In the end extra 2 person came in. Total 4 people in room doing role play how you sell their product.
