Entretien
It began with an email notification that they would like interview me via Skype (6 months after I applied for the position), then the Skype interview a week later, then flown to Doha by the company for a personal interview about 3 weeks after that. After about 5 weeks I was advised via email that I was not selected.

Some were technical questions related to the position, however, 90% of questions asked were related to dealing with people, a team, and subordinates, as opposed to direct work related questions.
