I had a total of three interviews with different team members from QARA and management, the process lasted around 30 days between the first and last interview. They replied pretty quickly to my initial application (after around 1-2 weeks). From the interview I got a feeling of a friendly work environment with agreeable and understanding people. Other than the first interview which was more difficult as I was asked a lot of questions, both technical and attitude, the other two interviews felt more like friendly chats about interests and career goals from my side, and company goals from their side.
