The process had 4 rounds, two of them by co-founders. Started off with a general discussion regarding work history, cultural fit, discussion about the role, etc. This was followed by 2 case study rounds around the business model and company operations. The interviewers were very clear their thought process and allowed ample time for discussion.

I applied to this company through a referral. The interview process was pretty random, 3 rounds in which the there was different questions asked in each round, by 3 of the 4 co-founders. They asked a varied list of questions, many of which were not focused for a Marketing profile.
