The interview process was very communal. Mariana was very informative when setting up the interview. And the guys that I interviewed made the environment seem very open and easy. They allowed for talking on both sides and answered the few questions I had very seamlessly. One of the best interview processes I've had.

The interviewer was very professional, a good listener and communicates very effectively. She would always repeat back my answers to make sure she understood what I was saying. She was very polite and friendly.
