Great experience, excellent and timely communication from the initial HR discussions up to the technical discussions with Team Leaders and Management, friendly atmosphere, robust technical acumen. Always willing to help and discuss issues that emerged.

The first callback was a phone call. I had an introduction to the company and they asked some things about me. First interview round was with HR. It was very chill, though a bit typical and formal for an HR-thing. After some days I received a second email with a technical assessment and a personality test. I had huge workload during these days with my current employer, and had to ask for extension. They happily agreed and gave me 1 more week (the assessment takes 4 days, it's basically an app). I completed both assignments and delivered. One week later I received an automatic email on a Monday morning that they will not proceed with my application, without providing any reasons or feedback.
