Had three interviews. 1st interview was in person to screen people for industry related experience. Second was with a supervisor to ask more in depth technical questions and background. Third was with a Manager for personality/company fit.

Entretien
It was fair and intuitive. Qiagen gave me the impression of a good corporate company that cared about its products and costumers. Although the interview was fruitful and pleasant I, however did not get an offer. A more competent engineer made it and jt was a win-win situation.
