Benefits are okay. But there are way too many interviews (phone, face-to-face, and online). It takes so many weeks in between the interview process.l from recruitment officer, department supervisor, regional manager, to human resources.

Entretien
The interview process was quite casual. The panel interview comprises the director, associate manager, and senior manager of technical services. In my experience, the whole process took about 30 minutes. Additional information: if you are based quite far from their office, you can request an online interview instead. If you are able to pass this interview, an assessment, and another final interview will happen. The assessment will test your English and Math skills.

1. How did you come to know of the company?
2. What are your future goals?
3. How do you solve problems (may ask technical questions about troubleshooting)
4. They may also ask you about your experiences with molecular biology laboratory techniques (training, conferences, webinars, and even if your thesis includes such methods).
5. They may ask questions about your interpersonal skills. For example: how you deal with customers who claim that their product doesn't work, or how you work in a team, or how you resolve problems concerning misunderstandings/conflicts in a group setting.
