The interview process starts with an in-person resume submission and an immediate interview with the manager at the store. After the interview, the review process may take over three weeks before receiving a response regarding the next steps (Heard from the manager).

Direct interview with store manager. Then called for second time if selected to store to show case how we can deal with organzation and display of products. Store Manager checks on our understanding of instructions given by them.
