Entretien
Initial interviews.- Most reps end up meeting with Territory Managers for a lite snack at a restaurant/Coffee. Questions are asked about work history and experience. They are looking for a well rounded individual with knowledge but mosty the drive to sell interdependently within the Pathology field. After approval, most likely a ride along will happen, where they will judge your personality as you are meeting and speaking with MDs and Medical Staff.

Entretien
I began with two simple phone interviews. Basically learning about the lab and then talk about my history in sales. Then I had an in- person interview with nationals and regional sales manager. My final interview was at the lab where I met medical director and corporate.
