      Entretien

I applied online and got a response the next day. It was a brief and looking back it was pointless, but after months of searching for a job to no avail I was happy to get something. The First round of in person interviews was a one on one with the owner of QCB. She was outgoing and personable, and the interview was a breeze. The Second round was conducted by two others in the company, one a "Team Leader" and the other a "Leader" on their team. It was more of them gauging compatibility with my personality and them pitching the company to me. During this interview I was taken out and got to watch them actually perform their day to day. It's selling cosmetics business to business (Which is to say going from one business on a road to the next one, to the next one, and so on selling to the employees for personal use. Not to be confused with actual business to business sales where one sells a product or service to a business for said business' use.) I was hesitant, but I wanted to try sales and needed an income. After the Second round interview, we returned to the office and filled out a little sheet meant to get an idea of what I thought of the company after the interview. Once completed I was brought back for a brief 5 minute talk with the owner and told I would get a call if they decided to hire me. That night I got the call, accepted the job, and well... Lets just say its best to use this interview to get experience with interviews and not to get a job.

They called me for the first interview pretty quick. I went in and knew that it was a pyramid scheme. They asked me some basic questions and called me in for the second interview. They showed us exactly what they did which was going door to door and selling makeup. Then they put you in a "leadership program" so you can become a manager and have a team of employees that go out and sell the same bags of makeup. DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

QCB Events partners with the cosmetic industry and we have never asked any of our employees to purchase items and then resell them. That is the true essences of a pyramid scheme. Additionally, our employees do not recruit anyone placed on their teams. Our compensation plans are salary based with a full-time employment. We do apologize our career opportunities did not align with your professional goals. Please feel free to contact us at hr@qcbincorporated.com with any additional comments or concerns.
