The interviews went smoothly. The first interview was with HR, which went well. The next one was with one of the developers. We discussed a case study. I received a feedback email explaining the reason I didn't receive an offer. It was because of a business request, but my technical skills were not a problem, as stated in the email. I was disappointed.

First a screening with the HR, Just a simple chat to verify the intentions of the candidate. Then a techinical conversation with a employee. After that, there's a interview with one of the Founders. If everything goes well, the next step is to be interviewed by the client you'll be working with. It can vary from client to client. In my case I had a take home challenge and then they called me for an interview. The interview had 3 rounds each with 2 engineers. One was about system design and engineering, the second was about team work and scrum. The last was a techinical interview about the take home project.
