Two interview rounds; one was with head of faculty and HR and other was with exec. The first interview was more about my teaching area, strengths and weaknesses and professional experience, the second addressed my attitude, knowledge of the school's values and my interests and was more casual and conversational in style.

A very positive experience. Staff panel were friendly, interested in learning about the interviewee and shared lots of positive praise during and after the interviews. It was the most enjoyable interview process I have ever been through.
