They called about the application almost after a month or so of applying and then took an AI interview round first. And again there was no communication for so long and suddenly some day they called and asked for an interview. The interviewer was late himself and on top that wasn't even asking questions needed to check the skills and expertise. Was also a little rude during the conversation.

AI interview - awkward process in a meeting room alone with an AI bot. I was interrupted a few times. At other times there were awkward "thinking" pauses. The lack of human touch leaves you feeling not well understood or valued. It feels cheap.
