Headhunter first-round interview, Global IT Director/VP and Local reporting Manager for 2nd round technical review, final interview by CEO and CFO. overall, the interview process was very smoothly and organized.

different person asked different questions, like Global IT director focus on technical questions about ERP, IT-Project management, MES system, etc. CEO and CFO focus on balance between global priority and local demand, on time project delivery, how to level up local IT team, take action, etc.
