I joined initially as a contractor but then switched to a full-time employee. The contractor interview was straight-forward with 3 people interviewing me. The first interview was a technical interview that was pretty in-depth with a variety of questions mostly surrounding Linux and various unix tasks. A lot of the interview focused on my prior experience.
