Easy. They really just want to see if you can do a simple demo and if you aren't to harsh as they speak to churches only.
They have constant turnover and will hire anyone....literally. (they hired someone from jimmy johns after delivering sandwiches for a month)

Interviewed with the recruiter and then a sales manager which were pretty standard and relaxing until the meeting with the sales director. That person was very rude and even rolled his eyes at the camera when he didn't like my answer. He was also 10 minutes late to my meeting, In my head I knew I didn't want to work here and companies like this are usually dumpster fires internally.

Question 1
Walk me through the sale cycle at your current job (which he didn't understand how a sales cycle works at a tech company)
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pushpay (New York, NY)

Initial Google Meet video call 30 mins in length. Interviewer mentioned that they prefer to promote from within and rarely from outside of the organization. They could not articulate quota expectations or how AEs in a similar role perform. No sense of urgency to fill the position. Red flag that they don't actually believe the position will generate substantial revenue. 2nd interview was a scheduled role play which was rescheduled last minute. They do a decent job with the role play scenario, assuming you assign value to playing pretend.
