Brief phone interview/screen with the President/founder who was very friendly and easy to talk to. My phone interview was cut short "for good reasons, mostly we want to make sure we know what you're talking about before we bring you in." Came in for an interview with who would be my trainer, the President, and the Creative Director/Partner who were all very friendly as well as professional. Most of their questions were directed at my past experience and duties vs. knowledge domain, but that came out in the wash regardless. They acted very quickly and were highly responsive; clearly motivated to hire.
