The whole process was very pleasant and "informal" with 4 steps:
1 - Call with HR
2 - Technical challenge to do at home - fix unit tests, new functionality and refactor
3 - Technical interview - review of code, technical/competency based interview questions
4 - Final interview - competency based interview
