You turn up and the interviewer isn't in that day, had the interview with two other members of staff, pretty much in their kitchen. Then had to shadow a member of staff for half an hour. Got called back for a second interview but turned it down.

At the time of the interview, there was confusion who the interviewer should be so there was one hour delay in the process. Interview went well and fairly easy. However I didn't accept job offer.
