Invited for a telephone interview, which was cancelled 5 minutes before it was due to start. Recruiter asked to reschedule, but didn't respond to any contact after that, until a week later when he advised another candidate was in the late stages of the recruitment process and was likely to be offered the role. Disappointing experience .
