Got a call from HR in Texas, and set up an interview with the regional office manager. Went and interviewed with the manager, it was all behavioral questions. The manager was rather unprofessional, swearing in the interview and whatnot.

Everything was behaviorally based, little to no technical questions. Purple tends to hire with no experience.

Entretien
I received an e-mail with a link inviting me to complete a video interview, which was recorded rather than a face to face interaction. I was presented with about 10 questions, 8 of them behavioral and 2 technical questions. The questions appeared individually and allowed a certain amount of time to prepare an answer before the recording started. The process was awkward, especially if you are not used to speaking to yourself in front a video recorder.

Interviewed in person for Title Landman. The interviewers seemed to think I would fit better as a leasing landman, due to my charismatic personality, and after the interview hired me on as such.
