Phone interview about 30 mins. Had to discuss previous customer service experience. Asked what the salary expectations were. It was a pleasant interview in a relaxed environment. The interviewer sounded friendly and genuinely interested in my answers

The interview was great and they asked the right questions. The interview was in 2 stages one was over the phone and another in person. The person I met was very welcoming. I hope that I get a call about this position.
