I went through a brief phone screen. The problem? They failed to provide a post interview follow up on whether or not I got the job. Fast forward a couple of months and was hired at another company. They took over the lease of one of their offices (sub-lease). They left a bunch of their stuff in the office. I was cleaning out the reception desk when I came across my resume. They didn't even bother to discard it. Just left it in there. It was the most disrespectful thing to experience. That's the kind of respect and value they place on their candidates. It spoke volumes on the type of company they are. I felt like I dodged a bullet here. I cannot imagine how I would have been treated if given the job. It was very telling on what that might have been like. Never again!
