Entretien
Very straightforward and transparent. Questions were mostly about sales and marketing experience. 1st round with franchise owner and 2nd interview with a corporate recruiter. Questions were about sales experience with the intention of the new location opening and selling memberships as the main priority. The other questions related to how would you describe yourself as a leader, why you want to work for Pure Barre and how does previous experience apply directly to this position? The process was very conversational and felt casual, all interviews were done virtually and over the phone.

They presented a scenario of a sales objection. The question was how would you address the sales/membership objection.
Great experience, kind owners and district manager throughout the interview process. Mostly phone and zoom interviews, learned a lot about the company, staff and the expectations of the position. Interviews were very thorough and went through 2-3 interviews before I was offered the position.

Entretien
They were looking to hire quickly for the role and it consisted of a few phone interviews and a followup call before I was offered the position. I was looking for something a bit more senior at the time based on my experience, but I appreciated that they were clear with what they wanted and had a clear process in place.
